How Does Online Vegan Personal Training Work?
“This sounds like a scam.” – is what a guy told me after I’ve told him that I’m an online vegan fitness trainer.
This just showed me that a lot of people don’t know, what online training is.
See, I’m passionate about online training and what I do. I’m passionate to that extent that I just recently quit my job and declined not one but 2 well-paying job offers just to focus 100% on this QualityGains coaching.

And trust me, I’m not afraid of sharing my “secrets” with my competitors because it literally takes a TON of work to get to that level that we’re at right now.

If you’re an online coach thinking you can do better, good luck. Here’s why:
The way a personal training session usually works is you take a look at the goals of a client, push them through a workout, listen to their problems and then let them go home. Which means if you’re seeing a client twice a week for 2 hours you’re controlling a total of 2% of his waking hours during the week.
The client also pays, for a modest hourly rate of $100, over $800 a month. And this is for a few hours of training. The on-going support and meal plans etcetera is more often than not, NOT included.
Take Gunnar Peterson, he’s the celebrity trainer for Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie and the Kardashians, this guy costs $15’000 dollar for a 6 week program.
And don’t get me wrong, Gunnar obviously knows what he’s doing and I heavily respect him. Personal training is probably one of the most effective way of getting you into shape. There are just two problems: 1 it is expensive and 2 you may not have a good personal trainer on your side.
1. Because when it comes to personal trainer and online trainers there are the good, the bad AND the ugly.
Just weeks before I left Switzerland I’ve met this girl that suddenly felt really bad while she was training with this new personal trainer.
Also her appearance somehow got worse, she suddenly started to get massive acne on her face and back. One day she confessed to me, that she started to take massive doses of steroids, because her trainer told her that ‘it is good for weight loss with no side effects’.
She took such high doses that it could even lead to infertility issues, her doctor then told her.
Now you know I’m absolutely not a fan of steroids and ignorance. And this so called personal trainer is exactly what is wrong with the fitness industry. There are some personal trainers that literally make me sick and last time I checked, in certain areas more than 90% of PTs don’t know what they’re talking about.
I have a question in my 50-step questionnaire protocol “Number 33. Why have you stopped the previous coaching service?”, and more often than I’d like to admit clients write that they previous trainer have urged them to take steroids.
And this gets worse when it comes to veganism. I mean I know a good friend that stopped being vegan because his coach suggested him to start eating meat again because veganism is unhealthy. Goddammit buddy.
See, if you’ve the financial resources and a professional vegan personal trainer in your proximity then go for that one. This is probably the best way of getting results.
But the problem is, this only applies to 1 or 2% of the people. If you’ve found a great personal trainer good for you.
Otherwise you’re next option should be a vegan online fitness trainer. So here’s how we deliver results.
2. Our 20-step process.
The biggest disadvantage of online training is the lack of personal contact. At QualityGains we’re aware of this problem and the 100+ changes that we’ve made in the last 12 months on our coaching service are almost all made to increase customer experience and results.
We first had a 30-day guarantee, now a 7-day trial, we first had weekly check-ins now a client can choose how many times they want to get checked-in by, we introduced Quality Mindset Mastery changed our meal plan platform to Cronometer to eliminate nutrient deficiencies and NOW even introduced FREE 17-minute introductory video calls with me in every single plan.
See, these are not changes that we made to increase profit, in most cases these change actually decrease our profits because they take so much of my personal time. These changes are there to improve the experience of our clients and their results.
So here’s how our process looks like after tons of experimentation in 2019. This is in the end of August and I can absolutely guarantee you that our service will be even BETTER a couple months from now. So anyway:
Once a client signs up for a free 7-day trial at our service – again a free trial is essentially unheard in the coaching industry – they immediately get a .pdf file which explains them the next steps. After they receive the .pdf file they will go to our 50 point questionnaire which allows us to customize the training experience exactly to their needs.
It contains questions like: “16. Why do you want to achieve your goal?” or “36. What are your expectations of me, as your coach?”
The questionnaire is password protected and probably the biggest strength of our coaching service. A good trainer is a trainer that asks good questions.
I’ll go personally through your questionnaire answers and I’ll respond to you summarizing your key points for feedback. I then make sure that your goals are realistic and tell you at which date you could expect to reach your goal with our coaching and most importantly WHY. On top of that I send them 3 additional pdf. files called ‘The Art Of Supplementation’, ‘How To Avoid Toxins’ and ‘3 Product Hacks To Lose Weight’.
I mean these 3 .pdf files are probably more than what you usually get with online trainers.
But now is where the REAL service starts.
I add you to our coaching app ‘QualityGains’ where you literally have the closest access to me as possible.
One of the very few apps that I have personally on my phone and the only app that I have notifications enabled is the ‘QualityGains’ app. I don’t have Instagram, I don’t have Facebook, what matters is this stuff.
Which means for you that whenever a question comes up or you’re unsure, ask me! I’m here to make sure that you’re on the right path.
The app is also where you check-in for your workouts and get your meal plan in .pdf file in case you want to print it out. Which means I make a step-by-step plan for you to reach your goals and you simply have to follow it.

The reason I’m doing this video is because the last thing I want to be is a scam or working in an industry that is called a scam. And I take full responsibility for a person that has not seen results in our training.
Sh*t if you pay for our service I want you to use it and get results, this is my f*cking goal. So here are three tips on how you can get results backed with the clients that we’ve trained with.
3. The best results with our service
I’ve studied the people on my coaching platform that get the best results. Trust me, it’s not the people that have the most experience or are the most disciplined. We work with beginners to very advanced levels.
There are a couple common denominators that we see around all these levels:

I thought about that and one obvious reason that what affects your results is your environment. Your friends, your parents or your partner might not believe that you have what it takes to get results. But your new environment, meaning me as your coach or the people in the group on the app – do.
The more you spend time with people on the same mission the better your results will be.
2. They [successful clients] embrace accountability
Also people see better results that actively check-in for their workouts. The clients of mine that track the progress on the app which allows me to see what they’re sticking points are. The clients that are courageous enough to post before and after pictures are the people that see the best results.
And trust me, we’re not assh*les. We never share your information without your consent.
We also send out monthly feedbacks where clients can grade their coaching experience on a scale from 1-10. People that give an answer to that poll are more likely to see results.
The clients that are the most proactive see the best results. That’s why we just recently introduced 17-minute video calls with me, to make sure that every client tracks their workouts and checks in for their progress.

The people that see the best results are the people that take more time for their questionnaire.
